Courvoisier is one of the historic houses of Cognac from Jarnac, France, renowned for producing elegant and expressive French brandies with a heritage dating back to the early 19th century. Cognac is a type of eau-de-vie made from distilled white wine and aged in French oak barrels.
A quintessential French cognac, Courvoisier VS is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged in French oak, bringing together spirits from renowned terroirs like Fins Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne. It delivers a fresh and lively profile with delicate floral and fruity notes, hints of spring blossoms, ripe orchard fruits and light oak, and a smooth, approachable finish — making it excellent both neat and in cocktails.
Represents a step up in complexity and ageing (usually matured 8–12 years) and offers a harmonious balance of fruit, spice, vanilla and oak, with aromas of apricot, peach, toasted almond and jasmine and a smooth, medium-bodied palate that works beautifully neat, on the rocks or in premium cocktail serves.
