Courvoisier X.O. is a premium French cognac from the historic Maison Courvoisier, crafted with meticulous blending and extended ageing to create a sophisticated and richly layered spirit. 
 
This expression is composed of a selection of well-matured eaux-de-vie, many aged 11–25 years in oak barrels from top crus of the Cognac region — including Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies — giving depth, complexity and elegance to the blend. 
 
Courvoisier X.O. presents a deep amber colour with warm golden highlights. On the nose it delivers an elegant bouquet of candied orange peel, dried fruits like fig and raisin, floral notes of iris and violet, and hints of crème brûlée and vanilla. 
The palate is smooth, full-bodied and velvety, offering layers of rich fruit, subtle spice, toasted oak, honey and dark chocolate, leading to a long, refined finish with lingering warmth and complexity. 
 
This XO cognac is best enjoyed neat in a tulip or snifter glass to fully appreciate its intricate aromas and luxurious texture.
