On the nose, enjoy intense notes of vanilla bean, sweet sherbet, lime zest and fragrant pear layered over delicate vanilla sponge cake, inviting a rounded and enticing aroma. The palate unfolds with creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, toasted coconut with almond brittle, crisp apple and sweet oak, creating a smooth and richly textured experience. The finish is medium and sweet, with lingering vanilla and gentle wood spice that echo the whisky’s harmonious maturation.
