Osborne Fino Sherry 750ml is a classic Spanish dry fortified wine (Fino Sherry) from Jerez in Andalucía, crafted from Palomino grapes and matured under a layer of flor yeast in a traditional solera system that protects the wine from oxidation and gives it its distinctive fresh, crisp and bone‑dry profile. It pours a pale yellow colour with clean aromas of green apple and almond, light saline/sea‑breeze hints and a dry, refreshing palate marked by bright acidity and subtle almond and yeast notes, finishing clean and crisp — perfect well chilled as an aperitif or paired with tapas, olives, seafood or light cheeses.
