Rémy Martin XO is a prestigious Fine Champagne Cognac renowned for producing some of the world’s most elegant and complex cognacs. As an XO (Extra Old) expression, it represents an elevated level of ageing and craft — with its youngest eaux-de-vie matured for at least 10 years in French oak barrels, and many components aged up to 37 years — all expertly blended by the cellar master. 
 
This cognac comes from the Grande Champagne (≈85%) and Petite Champagne (≈15%) crus, the most esteemed growing regions of the Cognac appellation, creating an exceptionally rich and expressive spirit. 
 
Rémy Martin XO displays a deep amber hue with warm highlights. The nose unfolds an opulent bouquet of floral aromas and ripe fruits, with hints of late summer plums, candied orange, jasmine and white flowers. On the palate, it’s smooth, full-bodied and harmoniously balanced, revealing layers of juicy fruits, spices like cinnamon, toasted hazelnuts, honeyed gingerbread and subtle oak warmth, all flowing into a long, refined finish.
