Sandeman Medium Dry Sherry 750ml is a Spanish fortified wine (Sherry) from the Jerez region that sits between dry and slightly sweet on the flavour spectrum, offering a harmonious, medium-dry profile with delicate complexity. It’s typically made primarily from Palomino Fino grapes with a small amount of Pedro Ximénez blended in, aged in a Solera of small oak casks until it develops a medium gold-amber colour and subtle nutty, slightly sweet notes, followed by a clean, balanced finish that’s approachable yet refined. Best served well chilled as an aperitif or paired with tapas, pâtés, smoked meats, rich seafood soups, or aged cheeses, it’s ready to drink straight from the bottle without decanting.
