Zanin Grappa di Prosecco is a classic Italian grappa crafted from the pomace (marc) of Prosecco grapes (Glera). This youthful grappa is distilled soon after pressing to preserve the fresh, aromatic character of its white grape origins, resulting in a clean and expressive spirit. 
 
This grappa pours crystalline and clear, with a fresh, floral aroma that hints at bright orchard notes and delicate fruitiness. On the palate, it’s clean, refined and lively, offering a “crunchy” character of pure white grape essence with subtle hints of yeast and fruit that give it both freshness and personality. 
 
Zanin Grappa di Prosecco is best enjoyed neat in a slender grappa glass at room temperature or slightly chilled, allowing its aromatic subtleties to unfold. It’s a classic digestif after meals but can also be paired with light desserts, dark chocolate, or simply sipped slowly on its own.
