Viking Scars Scotch whiskey, is a single malt whiskey aged 10 years in ex-Sherry casks from the Highland Park distillery, located in the Orkney Islands. The name is a clear reference to the foundation of the same distillery, in 1798, by Magnus Eunson, a direct descendant of the Viking pioneers who settled in the archipelago.

It presents itself to the eye with a golden yellow color. The nose is a delight of notes of sea peat, heather, vanilla and citrus. In the mouth it is soft and spicy, with returns of peat and vanilla enriched by pleasant hints of honey.

HIGHLAND PARK VOYAGE OF THE RAVEN

Released for the Travel Retail market, Voyage of the Raven is a rather dramatically-named Highland Park single malt that has been matured in a rather high proportion of first-fill Sherry seasoned casks. The aforementioned dramatic name comes from the reverence that ravens received from Vikings of old.

Another Viking Legend has arrived from Highland Park! The second release in the series created in partnership with Danish designer Jim Lyngvild is Valknut. The spirit used for this single malt features a small portion of Orkney-grown Tartan barley, and was matured predominantly in American oak sherry seasoned casks. Slightly smokier than your standard Highland Park whisky, so if you like a peaty treat, you've found a great option right here.
HIGHLAND PARK 17-YEAR-OLD THE LIGHT

A Highland Park whisky inspired by spring and summer on Orkney, the follow up to 2017's The Dark. It's a fresh and zesty take on the HP character, switching out the more traditional sherry casks for refill American oak casks and focusing on pear, vanilla and soft spice.
