THE GLENLIVET 12-YEAR-OLD DOUBLE OAK

70cl, 40%

Excellent 12 year old single malt from the Glenlivet Distillery in Speyside, which enjoys its maturation in both European and American oak casks. It's an immensely popular expression which disappeared from shelves in 2015, but has since returned! A great example of the character of Glenlivet's whisky, boasting a bounty of orchard fruit, fragrant florals and honeyed malt notes carried on a creamy mouth feel.

THE GLENLIVET FOUNDER'S RESERVE AMERICAN OAK

70cl, 40%

The opening salvo of the Glenlivet range, named in honour of the distillery's founder, George Smith. It's classic Glenlivet, with a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky.

THE GLENLIVET CAPTAIN'S RESERVE

70cl, 40%

An intriguing release from The Glenlivet, been finished in ex-Cognac casks for a ‘raisin-rich’ intensity, along with citrus notes and a creamy smoothness. Whisky finished in Cognac casks is not a common thing, so we're particularly interested in this expression. The name comes from Captain William Smith Grant, great-grandson of George Smith, Glenlivet’s founder.

THE GLENTLIVET 18-YEAR-OLD BATCH RESERVE

70cl, 40%

This excellent 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenlivet is a classic Speyside dram, matured in a combination of first and second fill American oak and sherry casks. It also won two golds at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

THE GLENLIVET 25-YEAR-OLD

70cl, 43%

A super-premium entry in Glenlivet's range, this has been finished for a couple of years in Oloroso casks - so an extra depth of flavour and silky sweetness is the order of the day.
"The Oloroso Sherry influence meshes beautifully with The Glenlivet’s signature sweet, floral, honey and malt notes, giving a nutty spiciness and quite intensely fruity palate, with raisins to the fore. The finish embraces steadily drying oak. A rich, complex and satisfying after dinner dram."
